You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests made after 14 days will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@quoteai.app with your account email and a brief description of the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, requests made after the 14-day window, or abuse of the refund policy.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
